Our Journey
Embers and Ash Woodfired Pizza kicked off in 2021 in the Hervey Bay region, where we quickly found our feet working some pretty big regional events — festival days, rock concerts, and major sporting weekends. The business grew fast, and before long we made the move down to the Moreton Bay region north of Brisbane.
We still service a bunch of our regular events, but these days you’ll also find us bringing the authentic woodfired pizza experience to public events and private gatherings across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Gympie council areas. Our menu has evolved over the years to suit all tastes, making sure everyone can find a favourite.
The EMBERS AND ASH Catering Experience
We cook everything right in front of your guests, adding that warm, authentic woodfired vibe that instantly lifts the atmosphere. Our setup is clean, organised and efficient, and we’re committed to serving top-quality food every time we fire up the oven.
From classic cheese to creative vegetarian and vegan options, every pizza is made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We’re passionate about serving food that everyone can enjoy, no matter the occasion.
We’re a fully self-contained catering setup, our team handles the prep and cooking on-site, and we can accommodate special requests, including vegetarian and gluten-free bases when arranged ahead of time.
All we need is a flat 6m x 3m space to set up our oven and workspace, and we’ll bring the full Embers and Ash experience to your event.
